I fucking love Stilton. Stilton soup might have to be on my to do list. In fact, I had a half decent Stilton salad dressing yesterday at Miller & Carter. Anyone who can't stand Stilton is missing out.

Cheese/Stilton is also very good added to homemade leek and potato soup, might make that for tea :-)

My dad used to make something called cheese dip. It may have contained milk too, but it looked utterly fucking foul.
