After reading this thread I decided to crumble a wedge of Stilton into some of the wifes leek and Potatoe soup ( or vichyssoise to our less well heeled members), Very nice.

I suggest you seek medical opinion immediately if it is the consistency of crumbly cheese.

That's funny. I've seen that on menus a few times and never had it because I thought it was some kind of fish head broth or something.
