Chelsea (A) | PL | Post-Match Thread

Bernardo on the 2nd half was dribbling everyone including himself. Every time he had the ball he slowed the attack trying to dribble the same player several times. Sure, it was pretty in the eyes, but ineffective. Foden was just as bad in the 2nd half as the 1st. Grealish and Mahrez are just better in the last 2 weeks, and it's up to Foden to get his place back.

I still think most of our level is up to the planification and we should be getting at our peak form soonish
Moments before being taken off Bernardo skinned Cucurella twice and set up KDB (who should have scored)

grealish and Mahrez are no better at all.......look at their whole performance in that second half not just the 5 seconds to score a goal where the keeper should have easily collected the cross for a start

Great to read a positive post. Cannot understand the rest, we can't win every game in a canter. Some seem to think the players are robots who play brilliantly to order. It doesn't work like that.
I think most of us know how good we are or can be. And that we cannot win every game. But most also kniw when we are not playing well. And at the moment we are not.

This game we played well from 45 till the 1-0. We should be better than that. And it is the fans utmost privilege to moan about it.

In the end every City fan is happy with a win. But don’t blame them for moaning when it simply was not a good performance. And showed again the inconsistency so far this season.

The 1st half was a Pep brain fart. The 2nd was below par. The only good thing was we won.
Kev - WTF were you doing?

Pep masterclass?
Stones and lewis somes as Right back, then lewis as midfielder, sometimes stones-akanji and Ake as back three.

Pep is genius but his new tactics will kill the momentum we had and our tempo
