Chelsea (A) Post Match Thread

Two Silvas and mahrez were literally gagged by Chelsea and that is why we lost today . Credit to their game plan . We move on .
 
A bad day at the office while missing two world class players and playing with a makeshift fullback, all this with only 16 games played and a single point behind.


Some people need to give their head a bit of a wobble ;0)

It dropped by 2, and is 8 better than the dippers still.

Good first half, but our old frailty of missing good chances let us down, then as usual the opposition score with their first chance, a poor goal too, from Walker and Sane's point of view.

Second half poor all round, first sub was wrong, Sane was causing them no end of trouble on their right, Sterling similar on their left, so take Sane off, and stick Sterling on the left where he's less effective, and put the (once again) ineffectual Mahrez on the right, and we've totally lost any threat we had. We created virtually nothing for Jesus to get onto, then compound the problem by bringing on sideways and backwards Gondogan, and we got worse, and slower.

Bad day at the office for Pep this one.
 
Phew just got home from the game. As a Chelsea Fan I went to the game expecting to watch a 0-3 City win. I thought you started well, I think Sterling and David Silva shot poorly a couple of time. Was happy to go in at HT 0-0 then with our first attack we scored SHOCK!!!? Was expecting City to come at us big time in 2nd half but apart from a 10 minute spell at about 60 minutes you didn’t seem to trouble us.
Let’s face fact City are a GREAT TEAM, you are light years ahead of us wasn’t your day today that’s football down one minute ( Wolves] and Up the next (today).
I’m happy Chelsea won but City City please beat those f**king vile Dippers. No self respecting football fan wants that Scum as Champions.
England expects Do your job.
 
Disappointed in Pep today. Wrong team selection and then makes an example of Sane who was by far our best player in the first half. Pep clearly had a beef with him and makes a mind boggling decision to take him off 5 minutes after the 2nd half.
That won't do Sanes confidence any good.
We also looked tired and the corners are awful.
