Chelsea Post Match

We learnt a lot today. ATM this is our best xI

............................Hart
Zabba Kompany Mangala Kolarov

................Yaya.............Fernandinho

Navas..................Silva..............Milner

.............................Kun

We should not play 2 strikers. Although Pelle will no doubt disagree.

He did , just seen it again clearly says ."Oh no " what a c**t

And then laughs. It's pretty clear it's meant in the context of it being Lampard against Chelsea.

yeah when Lampard came on Tyler was rattling on about "sharpen your pens if you're a journalist" (who sharpens a fu*king pen??) meaning that there could be a story coming and I think he was just expressing disbelief that he actually got something right for once. He's still a bellend.
Never thought I would say this but Neville is in a class of his own as a pundit

Superb from city today start to finish

12 snidey cheats cannot defeat 10 champions

Play like that every week and we'll walk the league

Not read the full thread but is it just me that's pissed off with Lampards reaction? Calling us "this team" and looking like he's about to start crying for scoring? Obviously I'm glad he scored bit his reaction/devastation takes the piss

Did you actually listen to it ,??

Such are the mysteries of the Internet.

sorry, for whatever reason the link wasn't working initially for me

Sorry mate. It should be working now. He was basically praising City and Chelsea and saying United were a joke !

Mangala was insane tonight. Very promising from him. Milner was great to, why the club want rid is beyond me

City don't want Milner to go. He is stalling on a new contract because he wants more playing time.

to be fair, I think Milner is getting a lot of game time and with his impressive performance in every game I really can Jimmy signing a new deal in Jan if he continues to get plenty of game time...

I am sure he is happy at the club but just wants to play more, so sounds fair enough...

Keeping Jimmy is a must by Jan...

Milners stats for this game are crazy; 97% pass completion.104 touches.4 successful dribbles. 6 tackles.1 assist. He played RM, RB & LM

I wouldn't worry about it. He's a professional in the true sense of the word - I don't doubt that he'll try his hardest for whoever is paying his wages, against whoever the opposition may be. And he has spent the vast majority of his career at Chelsea.

If he'd deliberately ballooned his shot over the bar, then things would be different.

An awful lot of plus points. People moaning about the ref and corners and whatever. I've not felt a buzz at a game like that for ages. Loved the drama and the spectacle of what I saw today.

We were the better team today. We didn't create a lot but we were playing a team with a 100% record flying high. They are even bigger physically than we are now. Two teams going at it and seeing who'd blink first. Anyone not excited about Mangala's debut should give up going and that was definitely Milner's best ever game for City. He was absolutely incredible...easily the MOTM. Impressed with Dzeko link up play and his work rate. And Yaya was back to something near his best. Well done to him. Fernandinho superb too.

I was very encouraged by what I saw today. Frank's goal topped it all off. Fantastic game.
