The conspiracy stuff is a bit old now, any deal they do is questioned due to Abramovich's past or whatever. The Chinese are dull as feck with money in general, their manager, AVB is a huge Oscar fan. Tried to get him at Spurs and Zenit. Plus, that woman on the Chelsea board is a fucking utter machine when it comes to negotiating. Nike deal was her doing supposedly.

Wenger is right. With that kind of money it's a matter of time before players skipp the PL for money and go East. Also if the Chinese or Asian people loose interest in the PL because the Chinese league has great players as well, a new TV deal would look very differently.
And don't say it'll never happen because than you are as blind as the ones who wouldn't believe where we are now when the Sheik took over. Not saying it will happen, but it definitely can.
