Can't grumble over 37 mill lol. He's basically sold a golf gti for the price of a Ferrari lol. Salesman of the year. And those silly rag bastards paid it. Can't get over it lol 37 mill lmfao. Is Silva worth 50 mill ???
I cannot work out how you are gloating, if i was a Chelsea fan i would be fucking fuming with Mourinho and your Russian, cannot you get your head around the fact that Mourinho does not give a fuck what he does to Chelsea, his aim is to manage the rags one day and your club is just a stepping stone on the way to his ambition, his head is so far up Fergusons arse his feet are just about to be sucked in
Fuming with Abramovich? After all the money he has put in.

Don't worry underpants is talking out of his arse. If Mourinho wanted to sell Mata then that is fine, because they made more than 60% profit on a player that didn't fit his current set up. Managers shouldn't try to play anybody's style but their own, if that is his style then so be it. Nobody was under any illusions that Mourinho would bring attacking football to Stamford Bridge and Mata did nothing to convince Mou that he should start above Hazard, Willian or Oscar, who are all more suited to the new system.

to any Chelsea fans on here,i`ve got 606 on at the minute and some Chelsea fans are saying about the Chelsea announcer saying something to the stoke fans?
anybody shed some light?
Chelsea's announcer: "Welcome to all the Stoke fans. All 700 of you. Just over 10% of your allocation."

Pretty classless, but probably about what you'd expect from Chelsea

Will Chelsea apologise for that? It is a poor take up by Stoke, but it's not for Chelsea to pass comment on it. And by making that comment over the PA, that is what the announcer has effectively done.

This is really strange view from the match thread that is locked now so I'm posting it here.

I know we're spoilt when it comes to watching good football, but how the fuck do people like Mourinho get away with serving up this sort of dross all the time?

Clueless is what he is - struggling to be mediocre. But Maureen is idolised by the Chavs and the media for the fucking stagnant pond water he calls football.

Not sure how people can be too critical about their performance today. Chelsea didn't park the bus. They went for it but also remained solid at the back. Stoke hardly had a sniff on goal while Chelsea had several very good chances, not half chances but good chances, including Oscar hitting the post. It may well be entertaining to try and score 4 goals everytime but you can be left exposed at the back against even the lowly teams as we have found out several times this season.
Have to agree with everything here. Mourinho is starting to put together a formidable team. The players that play compliment each other and are starting to gel. Hazard has gone up a whole new level from last season. I think next season they might add a striker, a left back and possibly a centre back.

C'mon Stoke were shite. A better side would have caused them a lot more problems. Take Hazard out of that side and they
look distinctly average to me. IMO.

Gloating? Me? Im not gloating im a life long city fan! Im saying its good business on Chelsea's part for making a missive profit on a bench warmer. I couldn't give 2 shits that he's gone to the rags. Im more surprised at the fee. He's a bench warmer at chelsea, bought for 26mill and sold for an extra 11-12mill.

Watching the game against Stoke and it seems Chelski play mainly down the middle of the park whereas we try to use the wings, should be interesting to see if Pellers tries to nullify them by playing one up front but still keeping our width.

So it's our fault that Stoke were shite? We should have won that by at least 4 goals if not for some comical finishing and just some bad luck. Stoke didn't get a chance to do anything. We only do what we need to win, it seems the better the opposition the better we play because if we can dismantle a team in 2nd gear we will. What's most promising for me in this win streak is that we've never looked in danger of losing, much like our 2003/06 side. Hazard is also becoming ridiculously good.
