Chelsea 1-1 Inter (Chelsea win 5-4 on pens)

Similar to the game in Australia Chelsea bossed the first half, keeping Inter boxed in their own half. We saw more signs of 'Sarri-ball' being implemented better - high press, one touch football, passing out from the back patience/composure in tight spaces. Second half was a little less impressive, as the subs were introduced.

Jorginho was the architect again. He is going to be the beating heart of this new system. Hudson-Odoi was very impressive again, as was Ampadu. Barkley was little more subdued this time.

Apparently Real Madrid found Chelsea's 200m valuation too high and have ended their interest. The key thing now is to get Hazard to sign a new contract.

Chelsea briefly looked absolutely Napoli-esque against Inter. Chelsea fans will enjoy watching their team this season that's for sure.
