Chelsea always had a small group linked to Far right groups. Don't think they've ever been significant but they probably influence their songs and culture a bit particularly away from home in European games where they'd be in their element.

I bet they sing this stuff all the time and it's just because it's newsworthy that's it's being picked up. Not that I am condoning it of course. I don't think there's any change to fans behaviour at the moment but it's just that there's a lot of attention on this subject.

Leave them to it, it's their choice and it's not an actual match kit.
Tbf, lots on here would like to see us bring back the St. Mark's kit next season or the season after for the 140 year mark.
