Utter shambles.
Not one of them players gave a fuck tonight, clearly lost the dressing room.

Dont agree Jorginho

Correct , Jorghino is a class player being asked to pull together a midfield at Chelsea that doesnt want to put the work in , only Kante is pulling his weight , the rest of their midfield is dross , Jorghino in a Pep side would have been an excellent signing , he was a decent player at Lazio who all worked their socks off for Sarri .

He was even better at Napoli ;-)

This chelsea side don't play anything like his Napoli team, the fluid quick passing is not there, so there is a problem with the players. BUT... Sarri is also simply inflexible with the players, he plays the same players over and over again when they don't deserve it, and is trying to put players in positions that don't suit their strengths.

For example in his 4-3-3 he has Hazard and Alonso on the left side; two of the worst defensive players in the team, while Barkley/Kovacic is the left sided midfielder (who would support them), not the logical choice which is Kante to cover said defensive problems.

Jorginho has not at all adopted to English football, he is clueless off the ball and can't handle counter attacks against his team.

Conte found ways to fit his players in a system, he had his problems for sure, but he won 2 trophies and never got humiliated this badly so often (maybe not really ever though I can't recall); Alonso/Moses at LWB/RWB and Kante in a midfield two utilize his endless energy were smart choices by Conte.

Does a manager that's perceived as failing, deem him a failure?

Peps first season here, Fergie's at man-ure ? Exactly!

Sarri is a top manager and very experienced with many lesser clubs than Napoli and Chelsea under his belt. If Abramovich sacks him then fool him and Chelsea. Their loss.

Hiring Zidane is a stab in the dark and no guarantee of success in what seems another moment of managerial madness, immanent in that the press have already sharpened their pencils over Sarri's fate.
