A team of individuals , Pochetino has got his work cut out sorting that squad out , it will take him months to put his mark on them and get them playing in the tactics / formation he wants , a lot of players signed on big money simply not good enough .The problem is Yank owners do not have any patience they want instant success and the money rolling in.
