I think he’s a good manager.
Tactically I couldn’t comment on. But he inspires players and makes them believe. Even if he’s promoted a youngster to the first team.
Getting rid of the players that don’t buy into his way of thinking will be the tricky bit.

Of course talk is cheap. Talk is always cheap. It's the actions that matter and Poch has to prove that. Until he does, people call him a loser. I have no problems with that. But you also said deluded fans, and that was mainly what I responded to.

I wasn't convinced by Poch when we were hunting for a new manager. He was 3rd on my wish list out of the 3 we were heavily linked with Nagelsmann, Enrique and Poch. Now that he's here though, I have no choice but to buy into what he's selling and hope that with the resources available to him at Chelsea, he can finally win something meaningful outside of the French league.

Poch always seemed to me to be a bit too laid back a little too pedestrian, but one thing is for certain he will stabilise the ship.

I am reasonably confident that we'll have a better season than last, but that's not setting a very high bar.

Tbh I'm extremely nervous about this new direction we seem to be on since the cascade of events that started with that lunatic invading Ukraine. At the moment I feel like we might be Spinal Tap mk2 :)

Chelsea`s incoming buys seem a bit short of the mark, we will see how their squad copes. No European fixtures may help their cause.

Dont seee them as a top 4 threat.
