To be fair in the last 10 years they’ve won quite a bit, only 2nd behind us on trophies won last 10 years so see where poch is coming from.. saying that it’s been 6 years since there last title and no sign of getting near it in those last 6 years..

I think he's using the metric of Chelsea having won on multiple occasions every available trophy in England and Europe in that time, aside from the Super Cup and Club World Cup which we've only won once.

I think every football fan acknowledges that in the here and now City are clearly the greatest team in England, and have been for the last few years, but prior to that it was Chelsea.
