Don't rate him.

He ran the show for Ajax when they beat City twice this season !

Did we not draw 2-2 at home?

Yeah, you are right.

But the point is still valid, that he had very two games against City and showed his quality against the Champions of England.

I like that Mulumbu from WBA for a cheap hardworking and proven premier league player. Vastly underrated
We should have bought him last year IMO. He is a pure CM.

He played quite well against us, but so have many players.
He's inconsistent, and is still yet to have a stand out season in the Dutch league like the likes of Vertonghen, Suarez, Sneidjer and Ibra.

He may be good enough for us one day, but he isn't at this moment in time.

Top Premier League clubs are circling young Danish talent Christian Eriksen after he informed Ajax he does not wish to renew his contract.

Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham and Manchester City, among other European clubs, have been linked with the midfielder future, whose contract expires in 2014.

Ajax technical director Marc Overmars revealed the playmaker’s decision to sporten.dk.

“Christian has informed us that he doesn’t want to sign a new contract right now,” the former Dutch player said.

Overmars admits the club want to keep Eriksen “for at least two more years”, although he is aware the Danish rising star is ready to step up.

“He’s a player even the biggest clubs in the world could do with having in their squad,” Overmars added.

Eriksen is a 20-year-old skilful attacking midfielder with an extraordinary passing capacity. In his fourth season at the Eredivisie he’s accumulated 6 goals and 6 assists in 21 league games, to make a total of 9 goals and 13 assists in all competitions.

Liverpool have been reportedly linked as the strongest candidate to acquire the player, however, Eriksen is open to a move to other leagues including the Spanish, Italian and German top flights, with Overmars revealing that “he and his agent want to see what opportunities present themselves this summer” before making a decision.

I would love to have him, but where would he play?
We need a winger to partner Silva not another Attacking Midfielder, and I wouldn't want to waste him in defensive midfield.

We can't keep buying player because they're good like Mark Hughes and Marwood did, we have to buy with tactics in mind.
