Christmas dinner preparations

I have already par boiled carrots and parsnips and frozen, made stuffing and frozen. Sprouts par boiled and frozen.
Turkey crown ready for BBQ tomorrow. Just need to prep tatties for roasts.

My son tested positive on Wednesday so he and his family are isolating. Daughter and family will be down as long as their LFTs are ok tomorrow. Stay safe and have a great Christmas fellow Blues.

I've been cooking for 10+ for about 30 years. Had enough of it.
Sat in a dark room with a cheese and crisp sandwich last year and loved every minute.
Doing lamb shanks and mash tomorrow and about X3 desserts

I've just been to the shed and skinned the Moose ready for tomorrow I shot it last week and its been hanging ever since. I just need to pick some berries and gather some moss for 'sides' and we are good to go.

My wife is making American style chocolate orange cookies for family and friends (as if the NHS wasn’t under enough pressure already). She asked me to cut up two Terry’s Chocolate Oranges into small chips, I only had one job, and drew blood

Messy them blood oranges….

Not one post in here from Dec 2020…. No one celebrate Xmas last year? Know it was rough but fucking hell.
