Chump's League Draw

Europa Cup draw

Fulham V Wolfsburg

Benfica V Liverpool

Valencia V Atletico Madrid

Hamburg V Standard Liege

If the fixing goes to plan Liverpool and Valencia will avoid each other in the semi's.

Lets see.......

........nope, they obviosuly don't care about the Europa Cup as much.

Valencia/Atletico Madrid v Benfica/Liverpool

Hamburg/Standard Liege v Fulham/Wolfsburg

Fulham actually have a shot at the Final there, they've avoided Liverpool, Atletico Madrid and Valencia.

So I'm a United fan because I refered to them as the reds? You fucking moron, I've been supporting City since the 1960's and living in Manchester (and this bit might shock the hard of thinking) I have some mates that support United, when I'm talking to them I treat them and their club with respect and I expect them to do the same with me.

I call them the reds because they play in red, sometimes I call City the blues (can you think why?). It's not a term of endearment it's just a name, and yes sometimes I call them the rags - actually I usually give them the Sunday name - the rubbin' rags.

I'm sorry that this doesn't fit in with your knuckle dragging, mouth breathing stereotype but hey ho, I'll live with it.

Prick.

Touched a nerve?

Incase you didn't notice your on a forum, if you write things a certain way people will read them differently. Get off that horse!!! You did'nt have to justify yourself, you could of taken it as banter but no you took the bait!

Well done

Well you get called scum here for bringing a rag mate to a City game. If you mention that there are Trafford Rovers supporters who actually are decent people you can have some fun banter with you get lynched here...

Happy seems to be from a different era where some went to a Trafford game with pals one day and brought them to watch City the next game...

Calling somebody a rag isn't banter, it's an insult I would have thought that as a City fan you would have realised that?

Did Dopey make Happy Grumpy ?

A little bit, but my sunny disposition is back now. Perhaps I should change my name to Precious?

Oh and by the way AIQ88 you're correct, I really am that old.

Couldnt help but feel jealous when Hamburg played at home in last round, was 11 months since we were there and ground was rammed, wasnt the case for their last game. Loved going Schalke and Hamburg and i even made my tv debut in 91st minute looking sad,

All newbies on here get called a rag for their first post. I'm not saying you're a newbie, but calling new members on BlueMoon a rag is just a kind of initiation ceremony. Most of us have to go through it. Genuine fans are always pissed off at first, but then they realise there's no malice intended, it's just the way things are.

I wouldn't let it get to you, mate. You're on here because you're a City fan.

That's good enough for me.

Which is what I was eventually going to get at!

Munich v Rags
Arse v Barca
Inter v CSKA
Lyon v Bordeaux

Semi's:

Munich/Rags v Lyon/Bordeaux
Inter/CSKA v Arse/Barca

Rags - Barca final :=(

UEFA should just give the trophey to either taggart on gurdiaola at the draw rather than continue the charade.

Bent as.

At least no matter what happens, Barca will humiliate them yet again.

I'm sorry but suggesting that a draw of this size is in any way rigged is preposterous, it would be the biggest scandal in world sport ever. Individual matches in single countries may be fixed and very occasionally a governing body may be involved but the possibility of every Football Association in Europe getting together and agreeing to give United an easy draw is quite simply ridiculous.

United are lucky, that's it. No conspiracy, no grassy knoll, no hot balls, nothing but plain old good fortune.
Can you see why though, people would question the outcome of the draw? UEFA's ideal final this year would be them vs Barca. Glamour final between glamour clubs and all that lovely lolly rolling into Blatter and Platinis deep pockets.

As for scandals in football, like Juventus, Milan et al? I mean, buying a league title would take the participation of far too many people with far too many variables. No it could never happen could it.

I wouldn't right off Bayern, quality players in Robben and Ribery, plus they have a good away record, and........

Good luck Daniel, the last time you played against them, the score was 4-1.

look at last year, they got easiest draw in last 8 with Porto, then in semi's avoided barcelona and chelsea and got Arsenal and we all saw the shocking ref at chelsea v barcelona who seemed to be under instructions not to let chelsea through to another all english final. Just luck
