When I get to work and I get all the stuff out that's needed, I then have a sarnie.i drink a lot of liquid due to the high temps.i also need to go for at least 2/3 pees.a shit is always on the cards. Customers are always ringing up or popping round as well as other casual people who need advice/ looking for something.i also stop for a few breaks during the day and there's lunch.a few peeks on bluemoon/ emails then I pack up and head for home.i should just stay at home as no work has got done.

Yes, but you'll presumably also go for a shit at some point during the day, whereas non-smokers won't go for a cig break.
