City’s New Kits - 2021/22

The black, yellow and maroon one was the only acceptable offering that year
True -and that was also shite by any normal standards but you lower the Bar a bit because of how horrendous the other two were

Lets face it, this is probably the worst set of City kits we've had under Puma. There's nothing we can do about it. Just hope Puma never gets to sign another contract with us.

to be more accurate.
What’s the point? Football kits are generally horrible items of clothing from all manufacturers.

City have had no more than a handful of nice kits in my lifetime and I’m 39.

No matter if we had Puma, Nike, Adidas, Hummel, Umbro, Under Armour, New Balance or Pony, we’d have shit football kits 95% of the time because all of them generally make horrible football kits 95% of the time.

As long as we look alright as a team on the pitch and there’s an alright shirt to buy once a decade, we’re doing alright.

May as well stick with Puma unless we get an upgraded money offer from someone else.

This kit is so beautiful. How did we've decided to play with navy accents, for a decade (with Nike) is mind blowing. Blue and white is the only combination that looks good. New York City also switched to blue and white, and they also look much better in it.
Bronx Blue apparently

Look at the difference between that white Adidas logo and stripes and that ugly navy Etihad branding. Why, just why. White is more vibrant and looks so much better. I hope we keep it like this.
Agree totally -at least we’ve got that right this year

Why are the home shirts and the away shirts made out of different materials?

The away is a thing of beauty up close and personal and feels mint.

Home kit looked better during last weeks scrimmage than I thought it would. On the bright side, the one thing crappy home kits guarantee is for us to win the league and have some iconic pictures taken in it.
