City are very close to a tipping point.

I mention that because some may think I am over stating a few things, but I fully think City are close to a tipping point in the clubs recent history.

The end result will be a club that is more than successful.

The end product will be a self-sustaining, profitable, community based club which is also a world wide brand.

We will win trophies and yet be as proud of how important our youth development is - like Barcelona.

We will draw in bigger crowds than many currently imagine because it will be based on families and young fans more than it has ever been before.

We will be the affordable club, the pride of Europe for pricing and accessibility for those with disabilities.

And we will be stronger for it.

Our players will be more than encouraged to do charity work, it will run through the very core of the club. Players will re-engage with the public.

To sign on as a City player will be the most impressive part of any players career. In doing so you become one of a family which is above mere money and trophies (but they will come).

To be a City player will be the very best and players will want to join so that they can be part of something truly special.

In fact if you choose United or Real ahead of City people will say it was because of the money.

City will be providing football with a new image, an image of being greater for the experience not just wealthier.

There will be a new, beautifully proportioned stadium sat in a glittering development beyond the dreams of any other club.

There will be a new training camp second to none in the world with access for the fans.

And all of this will be based around the very best supporter experience from the stadium to the website and ticket office.

We will win silverware and celebrate each time we win another honour, but we wont take anything for granted, we wont gloat.

All of this will happen before our very eyes, we are the lucky ones.

will the ticket office still be shit

Love both those posts FB

This just adds weight

I wake up this morning even more enthused than last night.

Oh what a time to be a City fan.

Great post fbloke and I think you could well be spot on. I have been watching City since 1955 my dad took me. I was five years old.

I have been part of the great City rollercoaster ever since. This has to be the greatest opportunity the club has ever had and it's just starting to roll, how lucky are we? I hope the club stick with Mancio (he's highly regarded in Italy as an astute attack minded manager) I think he can guide the club to the promised land.......is that the sun shining on the horizon?

The most empty words ever fbloke.

From the rumours going round the visions our owners have are fantastic and i can see how we can get there off the pitch.

It'd be nice rather than saying 'we're close to a tipping point/the views great/etc etc' How you think we're going to change football, why you think it, any evidence to back it up?

I'd love to work on the corporate side of MCFC right now, it must be one of the most pioneering, challenging and rewarding jobs in the world. With the future how we're plan it (the redevelopment) and the advancement of technology changing how people can support and follow a club from any part of the world, the oppourtunities are vast, and we have the resources capable of being at the forefront of the revolution.

I'm starting to understand why our owners bought us... the amount of money MCFC as a brand could bring in eventually is mind boggling.

I don´t wanna rain on your parade but to be mindboggling the amount of money City would have to bring in would affect the world economy more than a nuclear war as we talk about the Al-Nahyan family having assets of around 2 trillion pounds in total..;)

But the key question is will the bar service be any quicker?
