She looks to ban everything as a first response, often with removal of passport and driving licence.

A rag ran on the pitch after the Brighton away loss. He was detained, found to have Coke on him so was arrested.
I believe he was fined, (probably for the coke), try as I might I can find out if he got a banning order. I do remember an oh so witty tweet from a dibble saying a banning order wasn't a punishment.
Anyone know if he did.

if all he got was a fine for possession of coke then there will be plenty of people in this country fuming with a drug charge showing up on CRB checks. (me included)
