How can they not? They did with Arsenal.

Anyway, he said they have an announcement from the club in reply to them raising it with them.

Not disagreeing with you mate.
It's not been too bad actually. They've voiced it exactly from a fans' point of view and have suggested ways clubs can help the away fans at any given ground.
Sounds like the WBA fans are going to protest about it, based on what these have just said.

No,wasn't too bad to be fair, let's see what gough has to say later.

As they should, it's not an acceptable price. They've done it to try and get a slice of the insane amount of money that was flying around for tickets for the last couple of games when we won the league, I suspect the negative PR is more costly than missing out on the few hundred grand though. Hopefully it makes them think again about pricing.

Said it earlier mate, it will definitely be given plenty of time and criticism on Drivetime, today or tomorrow I would think.

Pearce was confusing me when they were talking about this on TalkSport. He kept saying that away fans should get the lowest prices offered to home fans for the same game.

Surely that's already the case for this one; the WBA tickets behind the goal aren't going to be more expensive than the ones down the sides.

£56 is far too much, but he seemed to be insinuating that City were specifically targeting away fans with these prices, when our own fans are also getting ripped off to the same tune.

It's about time there was a flat away ticket rate introduced for all Premier League games: £30 regardless of the game. We don't want to end up like Spain where away fans simply don't travel.

and they've in the process failed to note that the West Brom fans don't give a monkeys if we win the league or are contending and therefore were just going to get hacked off about it and kick up a fuss.
