City & FFP | 2020/21 Accounts released | Revenues of £569.8m, £2.4m profit (p 2395)

Jordan being a c*nt again.

Unites have earned their money through their history.

Rags emailing in City can’t fill their stadium.(Jim Sh*te)

As soon as pundits and football fans use the word 'history' to make a point I ignore what they say. After all, they are selecting a specific time period in which to back-up some view they have that is actually built on on prejudice or tribalism. The worst thing is, because they use the word 'history', they think that gives their argument a solid foundation built on facts. Intellectually weak cretins.

Some brave sole has finally started a post of the CAF.

The posts are all too predictable.

They are absolutely clueless. I doubt 1 of them has read the accounts. Not that they would understand it.
Just read that thread on ragcafe and I've concluded that they're just as deluded and bitter as those tossers on rawk.

It's a stupid argument. Using that logic, Debenhams and Woolworths should still be leading retailers, whilst Amazon are stuck trading from the back of a van.
Spot-on. What is happening now is the globalisation of football driven by the power of new broadcast technology. Not everyone likes globalisation but it is a reality and is going to continue. The only elite-level clubs to prosper will be those that adapt their business models.
The American model of building up huge debt and maximising your personal wealth by growing the share price and then selling up is not sustainable in the longer-term. Football is the same as any other business. At some point someone will come along with a smarter business model than City and we will have to suck it up. This is our time.

Bacon face sounds like he's slurring his words in that video. I can hardly make out what the piss head is saying.
And they say Younited fans have …unintellectual mumbling…. than City? I’m fucked if I know what he’s saying. Sounds like he’s about 12 pints in.

Re: Man City - the Lisbon Lyons, the Porto Pussycats, the Faro Financial Fairplayers

I'm a professional accountant and I don't normally bother about the financial statements of clubs. There is absolutely no way these should turn a profit last season in "normal circustances".

They pay big wages and spent big money last season and their matchday revenue was insignificant because games were being played behind closed doors. However, common sense doesn't seemingly apply to these oil clubs because it's dodgy and should ordinarily alert regulators.

I'll give their account a read and revert.

We’re fucked. RAWK have an accountant on the case. Lol.

Doesn't sound like an accountant.

is rawk the home of the thickest twats on earth?

Details were not given about their commercial revenue which is an area where they have manipulated things in the past as proved by the articles in Der Spiegel.

That’s still true for businesses with shareholders that want a dividend but is (or should be) completely irrelevant for football clubs unless you want to win the ‘Our owners took out the most money trophy’.
I see what you mean but surely our owners reinvest profit whereas other clubs eg MU do both?
Without profit clubs are at the mercy of their borrowing vehicles just as small businesses are with banks.

Apologies if this makes no financial sense.

Fucking professional accountant, as opposed to someone who does it as a hobby? What a dick, likes to blow smoke up his own arse I can tell from here

There are many important parts of the financial report, but as far as I’m concerned this is one of the most important parts! Which often get’s over looked in favour of the figures, which are the most important part of the financial report.

That’s right you lurking Rag and Scouse c*nts!

‘INDEPENDENT AUDITORS’

I doubt very much any poster on the CAF or on the Asylum that is RAWK has gone to the trouble of posting this very important information and point.

Unlike United, City don’t funnel their money through the Cayman Islands Tax Haven.

Unlike Liverpool, City don’t have a shirt sponsor that has been fined £100mill’s for money laundering and other illegal activities.
