Don't get me wrong, I'd like to see it happen, but how are you suggesting this will happen? People said the same last year, then UEFA found us guilty, levied sanctions, there was a brief period when we issued a statement saying that we disagreed, and then...we complied and no fans were hit. I'm not sure why it would go any differently this year.

would feel much better if the courts rule against Financial Farce Play. even if it helps us long term in reducing competition, you can bet uefa and the rag friendly media will be trying to put in as many screws as possible

Agreed, but the problem is that the EU has already said that they support FFPR, and have already thrown out one attempt to challenge it in the courts.
Like it or not, the only way FFPR is going away is if we can become a very profitable organisation, thus meaning that FFPR becomes useless.
Of course we are being investigated again. We will be every year because we are the main target of these stupid rules. We could turn over a billion a year profit and these cunts will find a way to move the goalposts so we can only spend 50p on transfers.

So Uefa will keep finding things wrong or changing the rules to suit to fail us and punishing us year in year out and we keep takin it up the arse?
