City & FFP | 2020/21 Accounts released | Revenues of £569.8m, £2.4m profit (p 2395)

Could someone explain what United's issue with the Glazers really is? And if their issue relates to lack of owners investing? Has it stopped them from spending massive amounts that allegedly 'the club generates?' what is it really? Their argument always circles back to, in essence; 'we had a proper business model, and so we could spend all that money, and it was our right, built on success and fanbase and the size of our club etc etc.' Really? How else is anyone else meant to compete in Prem? I don't quite grasp the issue here of us having a different model causing their meltdown.

No trophies in four years! If by the end of this season they out of all cups and the league the scarfs be out again!

Maybe it's because of their decrepit ground that their owners won't upgrade. A dump that belongs in another era.

Really strange that after around 50m net spend so far Pep has to face these FFP question every presser while United, Arsenal both have higher net spend in this window and you never see Arteta and Ole at the wheel being asked these questions.

i really wonder if Pochettino at PSG has to put up with these questions every single presser especially now with their wages and agent fee costs went up considerably with not much sales yet to balance it out.

The true test will come (please, please, please) when the Saudis buy the rags. There is a sweetheart deal between the two, but journos never mention it.

all the moaning about the money and FFP to pep is so wrong
why is debt not put before spending ? why did nobody question OGS spending £130 million this summer when his club is in debt to the tune of £500million ? i think only manchester city in england can be judged on spending

lets start the run down and why pep can buy £100million players
3 premier league titles. 4 league cups. 1 fa cup. champions league football and final for a start
BUT most of all debt free and the best run club in football and valued at about £2.5billion

also where do the muppets think the money goes to ? ask villa why they slapped that figure on him
villa are a midtable team at best with jack grealish ? the lad wanted a challenge and try and win something
nothing wrong in that is there ? its just because manchester city spent the money

go and and OGS why he spend £100million on sancho and £50million on Varane when £500million in debt in this testing times with covid-19 outbreak

Please make the effort to spell united with a small u. Given this and your user name I should add a sniff sniff
