Could be worth as much as £50m extra a season.
We might need to spend again

When the campus opens the world and Uefa will be foaming at the mouth at the size of some sponsorship deals.
They were warned, 'a pinch'.
we have stuff lined up then, Tolm? Are we talking 8 or 9 figures overall per season?

Do you know if Khaldoon's Kabs were mentioned as one of the sponsors?fbloke said:tolmie's hairdoo said:We will blow it all out of the water in the next few weeks.

Worth noting that the current sponsors that are named in the planning app today include Aabar, Abu Dhabi, Etihad and Nike.
Elsewhere in the doc's there are sponsors across the CFA and on the bridge.
If they were the same as we already have they surely would have been named?
So new sponsors are just around the corner and there will be more than 1.

What was supposed to level the overall playing field has done nothing of the sort; if anything FFP protects the established elite and makes it harder for newcomers to join the party. But, and here is the rule of unintended consequences again, FFP impacts on the fans because it forces clubs to maximise revenue. City are a rich outfit, they have wealthy backers and oodles of television money, they could have made seats available at £10 a time for the Roma game. Except that is not possible anymore, because the balance sheet at the end of the season is what your overall spending will be judged against.

Incredibly, even Paul Wilson from The Guardian has criticised FFP, in an article relating to last night's attendance:

I would suggest Paul Wilson couldn't give a shit how much City fans are paying for their tickets. He might however have just woke up to the fact that his club may be affected by ffp too.
