CITY IN EUROPE POZNAN AWAY

"What nightclubs would you recommend mate?"

I`m not from Poznan so can`t really reccomend any clubs but best time for clubbing is friday and saturday night, as in UK but events starts earlier than here, about 10-11 pm and lasts till morning usually.
Entrance fee is about 10-20 PLN but can be free also (depends on a club, day of week etc.). Admision for girls/women is generally free.

And advice for those who want to change money: take your pounds with you and change them in kiosks/points called "Kantor" (name usually accompanied with english "exchange" and german "wechselstube"). Points are popular and easy to find in city centres, shopping malls, train stations etc. (avoid those located on the airport though). You can get 4,50-4,60PLN for £1 and this is much better than any deal in UK. If you have more you can always negotiate the price- if cashier speaks english of course ;)

For those who are wondering what to take -

Weather forecast:

Wednesday - Showers in the afternoon 15oC max 6oC min

Thursday - Light rain 15oC max 7oC min

Right lads, Kolejorz fan here (Lech Poznan).

Best bars - try find your way to the old market square.
Bars around the square are small but plenty who more cater for foreigners.

Best way to get to the stadium is by tram at 1,6,13 and 15 are regular and free for match goers - location Most Teatralny on the map - 10 min walk from the square.

Attendance will be full, not sure if any sections will be closed, I dont think so.
We had to close a lot of sections for the Wisla Krakow match, as they are always trouble - we fucking hate them is putting it mildly.
Sure enough they tried to break out from their enclosure yesterday but our Ultras stopped them.
The Ultras wont be bothered with you, they don't fight at the ground.

Buying tickets locally.
Don't think they will sell them to you but avoid Tribune II, if you are going native.
Signs at the stadium are in English, so no problems there.

Any questions, Ill check in later.
Have to try get my ticket in the morning, going to be a cracking atmosphere, was brilliant yesterday. I am sure the Ultras will have prepared something for the match.
