City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

He is a pathetic, duplicitous and weak **** who does not deserve to be drawing the kind of salary the PL will be paying him, at our and other clubs expense, especially those who have integrity and have suffered as a consequence of his decisions and acts.

He is. He's also incompetent which helps us. Every other club can get fucked for all care these days.

PL APTs found to be unlawful.

PL APTs found to be procedurally unfair.

P164 of the findings highlights more.

Will the PL be sanctioning City or pursuing us for damages, as according to some media outlets, the PL appear to have won the case.

The bastards just can't help themselves !!

Why do they need an emergency meeting. I thought the PL won the case!
Vote of no confidence in Richard Masters? Or maybe, just maybe, because the Premier League has acted unlawfully and "abused it's dominant position" this could be used as an argument against the other matter they have with the club and it could bring that crashing down.

We can argue about whether city won or lost but I think it’s a solid position that the PL has suffered a very bad defeat.

A governing body being found by an independent tribunal to be attempting to introduce unlawful rules is disastrous no matter what other aspects they may have won (especially in the context of the email which shows the PL attempted to introduce these unlawful rules at the behest of certain other clubs in a targeted and malicious way)
I have no doubt that the media (especially Harris) will be all over that particular aspect of the report. We know they love a good email trail to show proof of guilt.

And all of the above surely mitigates our non cooperation in the other case.

Wouldn't we want Master's to stay in the job? He's an idiot.
No we wouldnt, we dont need an idiot in the job, an idiot is only useful when you are trying to pull a fast one to protect your own interests like some of the duplicitous cunts currently are, when you are advocating for fairness and equality across the board which is what we are then you need a strong and fair leader who is aware of the rules and wont be manipulated
