Generally because they have also had sponsorship deals and/or debt financing arrangements delayed or rejected as violating APT, and have had sanctions placed on them for violating PSR, whilst watching favoured clubs allowed to receive what are the book definition of APT (and PSR allowances) without any real restrictions.Might be answered elsewhere but why are Everton and Chelsea backing us if they have large shareholder loans in place?
