City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

He gives a fair balance to our case, what more do you want him to do?

People moan about bias, you can't have it both ways.

True. There aren't many legal "experts" you can trust for a fair and neutral analysis of a situation. I just want to understand the legal issues at stake, I can make my own mind up what is likely to happen then.

How the fuck can Kieran Maguire say not a lot has changed when an arbitrator has ruled the rules are unlawful.

It’s absolutely clear what’s been going on & it should be communicated that way the cheating cunts. The innuendo thrown around about us & when there is a clear description of corruption they can’t see it.

Just seen Ronay’s witterings. Bitter, pseudo-intellectual tosspot.
And yet weirdly enjoyable a piece to read.

The media e.g. BBC can spin it whichever way they like and try to play down the judgment, but the reality is the Premier League has been unlawful, unfair and unreasonable in its actions. In short, the BBC, are in effect defending the indefensible. That is not balanced journalism. This suggests to me that the people writing for the BBC have a bias or a specific agenda. Unsurprising, but still disappointing to see based on the facts. The BBC have defended the indefensible before.

We don't need any bias on our side, just neutral, sensible commentary on our cases.

We have a case to answer, let us do that and once judgment is made then either we win or lose and the same for the PL, although whichever side loses the 115 case the fall out will be huge and game changing.

Despite the absolute clarity of the CAS media briefing,CAS media release.png

various, self-named-experts and client journalists have sought to continue to explain away the unequivocal declaration of Manchester City's innocence. This will now continue with the ATP case, and beyond, because clicks generate income, and rival fans are desperate.
