City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

stefan let us down today! Very Poor on talk sport.

‘Score draw, narrow win for city’

What the fuck is he on about
Did he not nail his colours to the mast on this a while back basically saying that it would be a score draw. So I assume, I did not hear him today, he was merely upholding his position. In general I find Stef a bit, well Meh so only to be expected I suppose.

I mean, what a reach that is. Chief football correspondent. Not even sure I should give any attention to the clown.

Basically shits on every fan of the club, basically saying City could disappear and nobody would give a fuck. Talk about protecting the game for the fans whilst clearly forgetting about the fans of this club.

A really pathetic piece.

Who?
Never heard of him.
Sounds like he's given up on his profession.

The fact that is lost on virtually everyone is that there is a diminishingly small amount of rules that City are unhappy about. Even looking at the 115 charges, we're not arguing they are unfair but rather that we haven't broken them.
It's fans and the media that believe City are against everything the PL stand for.

The key phrase there is "the rules are easily fixable"

This is an assumption of the writer and clearly a partial view point.

It should have said the PL thinks these are easily fixable.

It's not a balanced viewpoint because of this assumption.

I am surprised Stefan didn't pick this up. But perhaps he didn't want to, as the article backs his position?

Or we could just take this tweet at face value.
That the final outcome as regards apt rules is still uncertain.

The sooner all these legal shenanigans are done and dusted the better.
Footy fans shouldn't have to spend their time genning up on legalities and finances and arguing the toss about them.

No argument from me. However I would say we didn't start it, they did!
