City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

If you read articles by the great Martin Samuel in the Times this week especially today's we definitely won
But if you read sections of this thread we barely got away with a score draw and might even have conceded a on injury time penalty which was scored Panenka style by the lawyer in defence.

I’m pretty frustrated that so much is redacted. Especially the name of the twat who penned the discriminatory emai. He should be brought to book for it.
It not that difficult to write levy instead of wasting ink on redacting.

No need for any financial rules only whatever a club loses over a year has to be paid by the owner/owners. Yes this may give a few clubs a certain advantage for a time but let's get it right have ADG and the Saudi investment group invested in City and Newcastle to lose 100s of millions every season?? Its a long term investment same as the dodgy meat seller at United made and littlewoods with the dippers.

I agree actually, with some controls over debt and community assets. Let's not forget clubs in Europe need to comply with UEFA FFP even if all the PL FFP is scrapped, giving other clubs the chance to develop through investment.
