It is, or it isn't being changed next year. Nothing is finalised yet and they still need 14 votes.

And about Newcastle, there are RPT rules that are perfectly legal without the rest of the nonsense.

Think that's right.What should happen if the PL are sensible is, they re-write the rules, run them past the tribunal to check they pass their tests, then vote on the new rules. Whether they will be sensible is anyones guess.

I doubt the arbitrators are interested in holding the PL's hand. If the PL passes more rules that are unlawful, they (or a different tribunal) will give an opinion when someone challenges them.

I'm not sure tbh but I read something way way back in the thread that an injunction could be sought. I'm sure our more knowlegable and learned blues will know.
