City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

I doubt City want rid of FFP /PSR as this would open up the likes of Newcastle In any case it all changes soon with the squad cost control method

It is, or it isn't being changed next year. Nothing is finalised yet and they still need 14 votes.

And about Newcastle, there are RPT rules that are perfectly legal without the rest of the nonsense.

Think that's right. What should happen if the PL are sensible is, they re-write the rules, run them past the tribunal to check they pass their tests, then vote on the new rules. Whether they will be sensible is anyones guess.

I doubt the arbitrators are interested in holding the PL's hand. If the PL passes more rules that are unlawful, they (or a different tribunal) will give an opinion when someone challenges them.

All sounds like easy fixes in re-writing the rule and process rather than the 'end of football' headlines cant take that long, you have a starting point just take legal advice next time.

Noel calling for masters head in the mail!

Gallagher wrote: 'It has become clear that HE is merely a mouthpiece for the red Cartel. He has targeted and continues to target those that will shape the future of English football on behalf of those that are trapped in the past.'

Every little helps -:)
