City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Given that Masters presumably signed off the PL statement on Monday that said that "these elements can quickly and effectively be remedied", then he was either being disingenuous, or simply failed to grasp the matter at hand. Either way, it hints at fairly lamentable leadership from him.

And the winner of the masterly understatement of the year is….

You would think his legal team surely must have given him the go-ahead to do it?

It really is unbelievable.

The post office had a legal team that advised them fucking atrociously. Shit organisation employs shit CEO & shit Lawyers. Too often people get piss with power & lose all sense of ethics & reality.

how anyone can suggest this has no bearing on the 115 couldnt be further from the truth, were dealing with incompitent fools who simply cant get anything right, even the members of the pannel must have raised eybrows tonight, my guess is Pannick is sat there this evening with a large glass of sherry pissing himself

Wonder if City will force a no confidence vote. Reckon they could get at least seven clubs in support. Possibly double figures. He’s fucked it it’s eight or more imo. He will lose all authority if 40% of the clubs say he’s not fit for office.

Really intersting point. Would it be in the leagues interest to remove Masters as surely no one else would be mad enoguh to take over the shit show? But I do think now that clubs will be more interested in protecting their own position than destabilising ours which will undoubtedly cause a shift in the voting intentions of all clubs.
