City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

You are correct of course but the reality is that virtually anything related to City has been leaked over the last decade by people who want to damage our club. The lawyers do need to take account of the risks involved. None of us have seen the entire document and context is everything. The media have reported a very biased and distorted version of our case. There has been no attempt at myfairness and balance.

And the more that is leaked and the worse the interpretation in the press, the more ammunition the club has for showing the PL acting in bad faith, which, I imagine, is part of the claim. I had even toyed with the possibility, although unlikely, that the club has leaked the document anonymously for that exact purpose.

Anyway, I doubt anyone cares in a legal setting about idiot fans of other clubs believing what they want.

Listened to Takshite just now and Townsend and Sterling are saying City have gone about this the wrong way. We should have sat our fellow club owners around the table and talked through our big concerns about the APT rules. What planet are they on lol
Beggars belief how the Club didn't think of that before wading in with the lawyers. These commentators are on the payroll for spouting this shit as well.
