City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Prem try to encourage American ownership of Everton. 14 American owned clubs could be round the corner. Obviously they won’t collude all the time, apart from where they have a common interest. Prem Games in New York could be a couple of years away.
The problem is that most of the US clubs follow the high leveraged debt model with virtually no investment in the local community. This is a direct threat to the future success of the PL. Apart from Martin Samuel no one in the media has highlighted this threat.

Seriously speaking though - he's sat there spouting this shite to the entire nation, who believe everything that come's out of his mouth.
Arse, scousers, Rags, Spurs fans will be lapping this up. He's just playing to the audience and commercial needs of Talksport

Yep and it’s dangerous, because he speaks with a posh accent and uses long words (whilst not actually saying much) your average fair weather sheep of a football fan will believe every word.

He’s just said we’re suing the premier league AND all the other prem clubs with this action…..my understanding it’s City vs the Prem league not prem + all member clubs.
