City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

The raging pessimist in me thinks City winning this case means that no club will ever again have to face a rigged competition like our club.

And in future we will thanked for standing up to the cartel

But however we will lose the “115 witch-hunt “

Hope I am wrong.
The PL have been shown up as incompetent buffoons by this verdict.

They would be wise to drop the 115 case before they end up with even more egg on their faces.

Yes…….but…….it…….will…….take…….years………for………..anyone……..to……realise……..because……..he…………talks………like………this…………for………….dramatic……………..effect.

It’s like Morse code

Why is the bbc sport website spinning it that the PL won most of this, yet even Sky has the headline than City won?

Let’s face it we won’t win any friends about this, except maybe those who will benefit (but they won’t thank us either). But the case against the PL has shown they have acted illegally and that must damage any residual reputation they had left, but the American lawyers will be rubbing their hands now, trying to destroy all clubs with links to the Middle East.

Does this face look bovvered ?

I haven't read the full award yet but I get the impression that there may be more than a little sourness in the attitude and decisions of the three "judges" involved and more than a little in common with the findings of their colleagues in the Leicester award. The judiciary is independent and will not simply apply regulations in a way the PL finds to its liking, especially when it is clear that the wording of the regulations does not support the PL's claims and, more especially when the rules themselves are illegal! This is a good day for football. And I'm so glad the PL thanked their Luds for their work!
