City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

Did we actually lose anything significant in this ruling? The PL are spinning it that they won most of it, I was reading it that City won the most meaningful parts of the case?

That could really fuck up Brighton so we’ll see how the Brighton supporting finance guy reports it. He’s been disingenuous throughout.
Good sick of hearing about them & their owner. I assume as he has won big he has also lost big too so hopefully today’s findings won’t be too much of a shock for him.
£373m loan at todays rates IF their account's could justify it would be £59/60m per year on their P&L
American Express oh no they’ve fucked off already

There's a huge opportunity here for City to show the Premier League and our rivals up for what they are.

I would like to see a bold statement, to publicly acknowledge the findings and state that although we are entitled to damages, we will not be pursuing them. Advise that our only aim was to ensure a level playing field for all and suggest that we forego damages in the hope that these funds are reinvested into the grassroots level of the game.
Bollocks. Take them for every penny then invest it into the club.
