The group on the whole might scout players and purchase them for a certain club. And Im pretty sure each club will have a say on wether they need him has a squad player, or just an asset that they can sell on if is value goes up. Hence the reason he was sent out on loan by Troyes. They’ve doubled their initial investment on him. And had he stayed at Troyes. We’d have probably have never heard of him
