City launch legal action against the Premier League

It seems that the PL will do anything to stop City winning the PL again any time soon as they believe we are damaging the brand.

Everything they have tried has backfired and has reached the point where most of their clubs are afraid to sign players and Newcastle have to sell theirs even though they have shed loads of money.

This, remember, is so that clubs won’t go bust apparently.

They have gone so far down this road now they don’t know how to turn back. Even the PL cannot withstand years of self harm. They will only realise what they have done when the TV deals are next up and all their best players are back in Spain.

The history clubs are hanging on for dear life and if they don’t get their way are prepared to take everyone with them.

How many of the 115 charges involve related party sponsorships? I’m guessing a fair few.
I think in strict terms, the answer’s probably none and certainly not the major ones. The unique concept of “associated parties” was concocted to give the PL the ability to widen the net offered by related party rules and interfere in our commercial affairs. It’s complete overreach and I’m hoping City have crushed it.

Brought in to stop clubs going bust, 19 Premier League clubs posted losses in their last accounts.

Spot on. They didn’t just create the Premier League/Sky TV axis just for upstarts like us to come along and win everything. They'll stop at nothing !

It’s almost as if it’s being done deliberately.
