City launch legal action against the Premier League

The question remains as to whilst Ceferin was busy spilling his guts to the press about how he still believed the adjudicatory committee were correct in alleging our guilt and bringing charges, that the spineless jellyfish of the UK media, to provide any kind of balance, didn't ask him about those promised investigations made at CAS, about leaks to the American press. Then quiz the **** on why Parry had scuttled under the door to the head of the Championship without facing the fucking music. I would have loved to have seen the bullshitting twat cringing in search of a reasonable answer.

He is a lawyer so he may be a bullshitting twat, but I doubt he has ever cringed in search of a reasonable answer.

The generally accepted story there is that it was the Belgian guy who was leaking, Yves Leterme. I think the CAS judges even commented on it in a round about way.

It was Parry surely. When Parry was CEO the dippers Panja was his paper’s NW football correspondent and one of his go to guys was Parry. The leaks of course appeared in Panja’s column in the NY Times.

This !
Parry is up to his neck in it .

It's very interesting. The UEFA process is to be strictly confidential but Ceferin , a sports lawyer, can't be bothered to investigate flagrant breaches of that confidentiality. At the same time he believes that UEFA were right to bring charges and that City were guilty while not being at all bothered why they couldn't bring forward a scrap of evidence in support of those charges. Has he ever explained what's going on at UEFA? How does he feel about resigning and taking the whole band of blockheads with him? Has anyone ever asked him?

He can not officially admit that the investigation and the people representing his organisation were incorrect.
If he admits a flawed system and staff, his organisation will be open to accusations everytime something like this transpires.
He's just protecting himself and uefa.
Changes will have been quietly made to fix the issues on the people involved, apart from the ones that have dirt on him and uefa.
Standard protocol.
