I think that Bernardo Silva deal to City must to be Included in the Financial Report , also Selling Enes Unal to Vilareall ( 12 M ) are also included as Those 2 Deals were announced before 30 june .
Also The Number 161 M Pound As A Net Expenditure is incorrect :

He isn't included and the £161 mill comes from this bit of the report.

It's not as simple as that though.
Bony would have little or no impact because his contract will be capitalised on the balance sheet at about 15M. On the other hand, Iheanacho and Mooy would've been mostly profit.
Net spend isn't a useful measure for calculating profit; you need to net off the remaining value of players contracts first.
