City predicted to finish 5th

We're on pace for 69 points. :/
big-time headscratcher. We've improved dramatically, brought in a lot more great players yet on pace to finish 2 points higher than last year. Not a great return on investment thus far.

If you look at how far our club has come over the last 2/3 seasons that we would think it a disaster to finish 5th, it really reflects how proud we can be at this moment in time.

it would be a disaster purely on the fact that a lot of our player want and demand Champs league football, if we don't get it we could struggle to keep hold of Ballo, YaYa, Silva and Kompany with Tevez almost certainly going, he may go anyway though

they shouldn't demand it as it would be their fault if we didn't get it.

Spuds at home looks like a must win, even with three points there it's going to be tough, away to Everton hasn't been a good day out for us in recent times but it looks like it's going to have to be this year, Bolton away is another potential banana skin, win those three and I think we'll get fourth maybe even third but that's the best we can hope for.

No, it's an extremely poor return when you consider the money we invested in the offseason. We've improved in some areas and gotten weaker in others.

Remember when we put 4 past Chelsea and Arsenal? Those days are long gone.

still a lot to play for,but not wanting to be a doom and gloom merchant, but would rather spurs stay in europe till at least the semi if possible already out of fa cup and if ac milan do knock them out its a clear run for the 3rd-4th place,as for us still in fa cup and see us progressing past aris, so far more games for us and the old season is long and players are tired could get mentioned, but then again it could all be a load of bollocks...

I was under the opinion that Mancini has to stay as manager regardless, but really if we finished around the same amount of points last season and finished 5th there'd be no other option but him getting the sack.

The good thing now is only 4 premier league games in the next 6 weeks and three of those are at home. Win 3 out of 4 of next 4 games and we are still on course. Balo back now and hopefully Johnson will be too by start of April. A good run now will take us into the Liverpool and everton games full of confidence.

If we don't beat Wigan, fulham and a deteriorating Sunderland at home then we don't deserve to be top 4.
