Belgian starlet Romelu Lukaku has confirmed he hopes his future will be resolved as early as next week.
Chelsea have long been leading the chase for the 19-year-old, who is valued at around £20million by his club Anderlecht.
He has also been strongly linked with the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham as he previously revealed he wanted to move to the Premier League.
And Lukaku has revealed that he looks set to join one of England's top clubs next week ahead of his college exams.
He also insists he wants to play in the Champions League - which would rule out Liverpool and Spurs.
Deadline
"I would like my future settled by next Monday," said Lukaku, who will play for Belgium in their Euro 2012 qualifer with Turkey this weekend.
"My college exams start the next day and I don't want any other concerns.
"I'll be going to one of the top two or three clubs in England - or else I'll stay at Anderlecht.
"I want to leave, because I want to score goals in a stadium where there are 50,000 people, and play in the Champions League."
Chelsea look to be very much in the driving seat as they are also involved in talks over Gent star Kevin de Bruyne.
As part of the Lukaku deal they look set to loan De Bruyne to Anderlecht for at least two seasons.
