I have had a subscription for a couple of months but for some reason when I try to go on it it says I don’t have an account and to start a subscription .
money is still being taken and and I just need to know who to contact to sort it, cheers .

It should give a log in option. Does it on mine when I click on the subscribe.
 
Click on subscription and if you are subscribed it should link it up with your app! I have the same problem with the android app sometimes I can’t watch any of the + stuff but never have the problem in my iPhone app.

They've updated it recently, I had to register my AppleTv again, much better now might be worth checking for an update Which device you using?

If you share your keychain across devices it works - it wouldn’t recognise devices other than the first one I registered before I made sure that was right. I think they record the MAC address of the device too to stop people sharing accounts which would be one potential challenge if you registered on one device then tried to view on a different device.
 
I had the exact same problem. I dropped the official City website an email and although it took a few days they replied and rectified their error. It may be an idea to do the same if the problem persist. I know as it was frustrating the hell out of me
