I thought Mertesaker was OTT too. After seeing Ozil bring his hand up to brush PM off after he was specifically called over, I've changed my mind. Still think Mertesaker should've done it in the tunnel, but looks like he was furious that Ozil ignored the fans *and* dissed the captain.
Either way, looks like the Ozil honeymoon is over.

Great game overall today. Was great to see Kompany back at full speed again. Great bit of skill on that run, would have been class had he been able to get a cross in for a goal.
