City v Arsenal Post Match

I recommend when crossing, beating the first fucking man. Corners might as well go short every time as they are more dangerous to our opposition and finally will joe hart stop launching every back pass. Apart from that no dramas.

Really soft penalty decision, he went down like he'd been shot by a sniper in the crowd. Minimal contact, but they're all at it now.
Arsenal had their game plan and stuck to it.
We were really poor, and because I refuse to blow smoke up our players arses, I get branded a rag.
Remember these mercenaries get paid a ridiculous sum of money to perform, but I reckon the EDS would have put up a better display today.

I'll just sit back and wait for the abuse.

I've had a good look at the pen, and think it was (a pen).
Company knew precisely what he was doing and body checked his run. He thought it was subtle, but it got spotted. It was unnecessary too (in my eyes). It looks 'soft' because it's seemingly innocuous, but I think if I was looking at it between any other two teams as a neutral, I'd give it and call it 'silly' of Kompany.

Yeah!! he seen him flying through the air like Superman..

Just don't know what to make of Navas, gets himself into some great positions but when he gets there he seems to lack composure, his crosses mainly hit the first man. When he first arrived his crossing/ cutting it back seemed to find its target, lack of confidence maybe but I don't think his end product is justifying his starting place. Shit result and the Chelsea game now is a must not lose, but it's not the end of the world, pick ourselves up, dust ourselves down and move on. CTID.

Never a Penalty

The c unt dived and the cheating ref bought it.

The lads performance was not that bad, with injuries and all. Just a bad day at the office.

Theirs was a cup final, the classless bottlers. They won't be playing like this again, and will roll over for the scum and chavs.

Keep calm, wipe your fannies and don't leave early.

We are creating less and less. Everton lost five on the bounce and got a draw. We dicked arsenal last year and today create nothing. Don't want to say this squad is beginning to decline.

I don't think it's quite that bad. We know Everton's always a tough game, and until recent years we've struggled against them. They were due a half decent result against us.
Arsenal the same. We've had the better of them for a while and they were due a result sooner or later.
We've just been on a long unbeaten run with only a couple of draws in there. Hardly cause for concern. We've been without strikers, and Aguero's clearly not 100% yet. This was his first proper game (ignore 10 mins at Goodison) and he's up against Arsenal when we're having an off day.

I wouldn't say we're beginning to decline, but I would say we're going to have to start letting a few players go and upgrading them (rather than replacing them). Some of our buys recently appear to have been a bit hit and miss, or certainly not tangible improvements, that's for sure.

To be fair, today 2/3rds of our creative architects, in Nasri and Yaya were missing. Yaya, Nasri, Silva and even Fernandinho thrive on passing neat little triangles quickly when you take two of those out, there are no triangles to make. Against Everton we were missing half our spine, as well. I think we're playing fairly well considering the injuries, match fitness and AFCON-absences that have basically decimated our squad for the last 2 or 3 months. Just got to hope our best 11 can stay fit and, if we can get a result against Chelsea ( a tough ask, I know, but they did a number on us last year, remember?) then I think we're well in with a shout. Chelsea have some tough games coming up, too, starting with us in two weeks time.

Chins up, blues. Though it will be difficult, It's not over yet.

Just got to try and forget this annoying result today, get it out of out system and move on!
