City v Boro post match

I am gonna grill some nice burgers and read this thread, it is better than tv atm. Can you imagine some of the posters on here should we be where the rags are, we would need a noose making tutorial sticky.

We are just at the stage where we can break down parked buses, just the silly sausage mistakes need to be cut out and a little bit more composure in and around their box when we do decide to strike. We are getting better every week imo and as frustrating as them getting a last minute equalizer is i am happy with our progress on the whole and very content atm.

Frustrating stuff that today. Sick of watching teams park the bus, it's just fuckin boring now.

That wasn't really the problem today though was it.

It's hard to blame 'parking the bus' when we have gone 1-0 up.

We just failed to see the game out and had no response when Boro came at us.

For the first time under us, Pep didn't respond and we paid the price for it. He will learn and we'll come back stronger.

corrected for you.

He adds nothing going forward that a headless chicken wouldn't add.
We needed to hold the lead and he was stopping them getting down the right,he would have been there to stop the cross,1-0 would have done, stupid game management with a few minutes to go

I am fully behind the philosophy but regardless of how we play, Pep needs to do something about lack of clean sheets. (2 clean sheets in 11 prem games).
I know we could've won last three home games if we were more clinical, but we cannot go on like this and hope we don't concede more than what we score.

Yes I get that mate but still boring/frustrating non the less!

It's fashionable to sneer at the Premier League, but today demonstrates why it's the toughest league in Europe.

The days of one team domination of our league are over - and people need to get used to that fact or they're going to be perpetually consumed with disappointment. I doubt we'll see a team garnering 90 points for at least the next five seasons. People forget that thirty years ago, winning your home games and drawing your away games was enough to win the league, which equates to 76 points. Those days, give or take, are back.

We're on track to be there or there abouts - and we will be. Chill the fuck out peeps.

These so called fans going on about aguero have never had it so good try watching lee badbuy big fat bob Taylor etc etc the old school will know what I'm on about I never would have believed in those times we would have been privileged to watch this team the sheik has let us have we are blessed BELIVE me so stop moaning and enjoy the times you have under our great owners I for one am.

Sloppy sloppy sloppy, the story of the second half. People around me were screaming at City to get a grip, but they didn't. Can't believe with the number of chances we didn't win. Aguero should have buried that chance towards the end and if he had it would have been game over. Little things change games. Team needs to concentrate.
There was tiredness there this afternoon for all to see. We'll be in the mix at the end of the season and I still think we'll win the league.
And it was freezing riding home on my motorbike but there were nice fireworks to see.
