City v Bristol City 1st leg post match

We have to expect the odd shite performance here and there. All top teams (Barca/Bayern/PSG) have a few of them through the season. It seems that the expectation levels are cranked up a little too high from our lot at times. "6-0...easy!"

We've had a ton of games this last few weeks, and despite going into the game with one eye on the dippers this weekend, we still got the win. I'll gladly take it.

Got to give credit to Pep, he seems to know the teams that'll get us over the line and keep the top players rested while coming out on top.

His reading of penalties is excellent. Was unlucky.
Nearly saved their only real chance created by fuck ups from two others.
Created the first goal.
Excellent handling.
Cane for some crosses and swept up well behind the defence.

Yet still gets slated.

Well said. Undoubtedly one of our better players tonight.

Bravo copping some flack from people who have not forgiven him for some poor performances last season. Arguably he got us to the semi-final and it probably would have been 1-1 without that superb pass to KDB which practically set up the goal. Wish people would comment on the performance in the actual match in a match thread.
Yes, it would have been harder for KDB to miss after receiving the ball in his own half from Bravo... ;-)
