Very happy for Garcia and Rodwell, was skeptical pre-game but both played very well.

Any time that someone like Aguero is our worst player on the pitch we have a great chance to beat anybody.

We were very good today, not at our brilliant free flowing best of last season, but a lot better than a lot of our tepid matches this season so.

As already mentioned, a special shout has to go out to Rodwell who I thought was awesome in the hour he played today.

The only downside for me today was our shit conversion rate. This is where we've fell down this season & hopefully Soriano & Txiki will seriously sort this out come summer.

Nasty is the best 19 year old CB I have ever seen, immense performance by the team and maneger.

Special mention to Milner and Garcia two players I have been moaning about lately, always feels great when City players makes you eat a bit of humble pie!

Rodwell proved today why Mancini wanted to sign him fantastic today.

If Rodwell can overcome his injury problems and Nasty continues to develop then that summer transfer window may not appear so bad in the future.

Nastasic is really going to be world class and is already showing consistency way above that of a 19 Year old.

Rodwell needs games and if he can show what he did today and stay injury free then again another excellent signing who will only progress.

Let's not forget Garcia, good game today and I feel just needs games and he will only gain in confidence too.

Rodwell surprised me. I thought he was a few years off being Man City quality, but he showed today that he can fit into and surpass De Jong's shoes in no time at all.

Thought we were lucky to come up against a truly insipid Chelsea. We still lacked width and were too one-dimensional, but two well-taken goals against a poor defence covered that.

Rodwell is an entirely different player to de jong. He is more box - to - box, he is tall, elegant (elfish), has great technique, especially with his shooting, versatile and also tough tackling. His development has been disrupted with injuries but hopefully he can kick that to the curb and really start the journey to realising his potential.

I certainly rate him highly.
