Credit to Mancini for finally fucking off the notion he needs to start every game with two forwards. Personally I think we're far more threatening with one up top and a supporting cast of Yaya, Silva, Milner (and Rodwell today).

Nasri's future at the club has got to be fucked now. He's clearly not arsed, Mancini's clearly not arsed about him, and frankly Milner/Yaya create far more when pushed forward then he does. Was a big fan of his when he joined but not anymore, not by a long stretch.

Have to say though that I thought Hazard & Mata were as good as anyone in our side. Imagine if we'd signed either instead of Nasri we'd be an infinitely better team.

Our best performance of the season, for me. Very good work rate, better ball retention than I've seen for a long while. Great penalty save from Joe. We defended excellently. Silva's best performance for ages. Rodwell had an excellent stint on the pitch - cant wait til he's fully fit and can go for a full 90mins. Milner was IMMENSE!

Tried to find if anyone's asked this already but, does anyone know why Milner and Kolo were arguing and then Yaya was in Milner's face when Nasri/Lescott were coming on? Looked like he was squaring up to him and took Mata and Silva to sort them out.

Made me very annoyed seeing Yaya act like that

Been saying for weeks that we are far better with one up top and Yaya behind. Although Sergio missed a few he was far more involved in the game than usual, we looked miles more solid in the middle and Merlin had much more space to play in.
